Kelly Kruger Instagram – Superfood Glluten Free skillet brownie!! High fiber, no refined sugar if you leave out the chocolate chips, high in antioxidants and potassium. Enjoy any time of day! It’s so good!!
Who’s making this one??
3 lripe bananas
1 3/4 cups gluten free rolled oats
1/4 cup ground chia seeds
1/4 cup cacao powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk of choice (I used @kikimilkco)
2 eggs 1 egg white
Chocolate chips
Add everything but the chocolate chips to a blender.
Transfer to cake pan and bake for about 25 min at 350.
Let cool before eating so you don’t burn yourself like I did.
