Kelsey Barnard Clark Instagram – Daily things I do for my mental health:

1- Drink as much water as I possibly can. I prefer lots of citrus & jalapeño.
2-Eat 3 meals balanced in protein, veggies & clean carbs 2 snacks like fruits & veggies
3-Get dressed like I’m ready to kick some a$&, especially when I feel more like my a$& is getting the kicking.
4- Workout.
5- Spend time with my family & try to laugh at them.
6- Go to work & check off the list.
7- Pamper my plants.
8- Let my animals give me love & love them back.
9- Listen or read something that supports my current health goals.
10- Remind myself not to listen to everything I think nor feel. Because lord knows those are my biggest triggers of them all.
