KiKi Layne Instagram – So excited to announce that my film Dandelion will be premiering at @SXSW. I play the character Dandelion who is a struggling singer-songwriter from Cincinnati, OH. This film means so much to me. I got to film it in my hometown of Cincinnati and I also got to share some of my singing and songwriting. Growing up, I always said I wanted to be a singer and an actress, but at some point acting became the priority and the thing I was more comfortable with. But my love of music never went away and this film allowed me to engage more seriously with who I am as a singer, songwriter and musician.
