What’s better than making life healthier & easier at the same time? This is not ground breaking (nor a sponsored reel. It’s just for fun) but thought I’d share the easy process as I did it. Trying to get more nutrients in and this is an easy no brainer. Freezing your smoothie ingredients in ziplocks for quick and easy access when you just don’t have the time.
This is just an additional nutrient packed snack on-top of all of my other meals. ❤️
I am trying to reduce internal inflammation, so I’ve added a few ingredients you may not personally like but here’s what I did:
•banana
•spinach
•ginger
•beets
•zucchini
•cauliflower (because Chloe said it’s good haha)
•avacado
* I will add protein powder when blending with water
