Lo Bosworth Instagram – When I started to share my health issues with the world back in 2016 I never imagined as a result I’d end up in a room with the likes of Selena Gomez, Patrick Ta, Gucci Westman and power players like Walmart and Amazon. But, that’s what happened today at the @wwd #BeautyInc Awards. Not only did I have the honor of attending and hearing from so many shining stars of the beauty world, we joined the ranks of past winners by earning the award of BRAND OF THE YEAR in the Wellness category. My original vision for Love Wellness when I started this company was to make caring for health issues that have been stigmatized innovative, enjoyable, beautiful, fun, effective, and simple. As a beauty lover (my friends and family literally called my childhood bathroom “Lo’s Beauty Palace” and would schedule “appointments”) I dreamt of daily self-care solutions that would make me feel the same type of excitement, hope, and joy that my favorite lip gloss would. Joy from a vaginal suppository? YES! The entire @lovewellness team (a mighty 40) puts everything they’ve got into this incredible brand. We do it for women who love the brand, people who have no clue who we are/what we do but may benefit from how the education we share influences broader awareness on how women’s bodies work, and for future generations of kids who have the opportunity to think and feel differently about their bodies from a young age. Thank you @WWD for the incredible support, to our customers, to our retail partners @walmart @target @ulta @amazon for taking a chance on us, and to all of you who have helped make Love Wellness the Wellness Brand of the Year.
Lo Bosworth Instagram – Recipe is up and soup 1 of 52 is here! I’m going on a ✨ quest ✨ to make a different soup every week in 2024. My motto in ‘24 is Consume Less (a resolution of sorts) and cooking at home more often is a big part of that. I want less, not more this year. Less takeout, less plastic, less mindless online shopping, less mindless social, just … less. Italian Wedding is up first for NYE (I knowwww I made it in 2023 but it still counts, ok). 1 down, 51 to go. What should I make next? Recipe is up on my substack (link in bio) in the 52 Soups section! #ConsumeLess2024 #52soupsthisyear
