Melanie Fiona Instagram – Happy New Year! 🎊 We talk a lot about the power of “no”…. how it’s “a complete sentence” and how boundaries have become our new super power. We find so much empowerment and pride in what we will refuse and what we won’t accept. Albeit true, I challenge these truths by conversely asking, “What WILL you allow?” ✨ This year, I’m shifting my intention full throttle to affirmation… to the power of saying YES! It should go without saying, that this doesn’t mean I’ll agree to just any and everything … but rather, saying YES to all that presents itself with the purpose, assistance or challenge of helping me ascend to the greatest version of myself. When I think about every remarkable thing I’ve accomplished in my life, it took me saying “YES”… despite fear, risk, failure, trauma staring me in the face trying to dissuade me from my achieving my wildest dreams. I’ve learned that YES holds the transformative power to reshape our lives. It’s a nod to the unknown. Saying YES is an act deeply rooted in trust and faith—an allowance and acceptance to surrender to the belief that embracing the unknown can lead to wonderful things. Reframing our relationship with saying YES, allows a clear path for the energy to work in our favor… and helps to define a clear designation for anything that isn’t aligned with yes! Feel me? YES requires courage. YES requires conviction. YES is a definitive commitment. This year, everything I create, share and explore will be a reflection of my power to #SAYYES ~ and in that, I affirm and must trust myself in a way I never have before. I hope you do too. 💜
