Today, I’m giving a shout out to the wonderful Colman Domingo.  Now, Colman is a star. And with everything he does, he shines bright — giving his all while delivering vivid and memorable experiences that stay with us long after we watch. From Broadway to TV to films, Colman’s strong work ethic, talent, and charisma have made him a force in the entertainment industry.  Barack and I feel so lucky that he was able to star as Bayard Rustin in George C. Wolfe’s @RustinMovie from our @HigherGroundMedia. He was electrifying in his powerful portrayal of a civil rights leader whose story needed to be told. Colman has won awards and received nominations for his performance, including an Oscar nomination as Best Actor in a Leading Role — making him the first Afro-Latino to be nominated in that category and only the second openly gay actor to receive an Oscar nomination for portraying a gay man. @KingofBingo —Barack and I are so proud of you!
