Home Actress Nisha Rawal HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers February 2024 Nisha Rawal Instagram - 💔 Today is World Suicide Prevention Day & here is my bit to normalise this conversation: Being a public figure & constantly being under the microscope, can be reason enough to feel isolated, anxious, pressurised, stressed, traumatised & take up to substance abuse! It’s not just celebrities, but lacs of people commit suicide every year! I have felt all of the above, taken meds in the past for my anxiety, suffered from BiPolar disorder. My childhood was very lonely & disturbing as i come from a broken family where my mum brought me up singlehandedly. Mum & me both gave our Class 12 exams together. She lost her mother when she was a toddler, so i saw her carve her own path. Mental health was a term i got introduced to much later in life, at a point where our society only heard MENTAL & health had nothing to do with it. I learnt to hide in the fear of being shamed. And just up until 2 years ago, i was shamed in the media for my bipolarity! It was used as a derogatory term to project my worth to the world. I was ruthlessly pelted by trollers & all my actions were judged - as a mother, for my weight gain, for who i fell in love with. My friends left me & i went into a deeper spiral of misery! I breathed deeply, never left my house without make up (because it centers me and makes me feel alive), never made my little one miss a class & food was cooked everyday in my house inspite of my financial challenges. I slept late, woke up early, immersed myself in work, focused on personal growth, heard podcasts & audiobooks all alongside fighting a legal, emotional & social battle! Then i broke my leg, had a surgery, got an implant! It broke me further but i was unstoppable! To many it might feel that i am glorifying my pain, but for those who have been through this, would understand! I realise that among the 1 Million people who follow me, there are atleast a 1000 who truly care & take inspiration. If i gave up, those 1000 might stop gaining strength, those 2 dependents will struggle to live - so here i am telling you all, YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Find ur tribe & share & also look out for someone who might be going through a lot! Together, we can prevent suicide! Taj Lands End, Mumbai
