Polina Pushkareva Instagram – 2023 main lessons For me, 2023 has become the preparation year for a large-scale year 2024. I have grown my audience, managed 3 businesses, launched 1 new business, expanded my team and rebuilt the company. I worked for 6 months without days off, but this year has become the year of my greatest growth. And here are the lessons I’ve learned. 1️⃣ If everything is shit, you either put your bad mood into your ass and work on making your tomorrow better, or you will keep living in shit. 2️⃣ If you want people to give results, make sure that these people get results too. Expecting your employees to earn you billions when they don’t profit from you getting better results is extremely unrealistic. People should be interested in giving you results. 3️⃣ If you have nothing to do, you are in a bad mood, you broke up with your boyfriend/girlfriend or are going through some shit, grow your socials. This is the best investment in your future. For example, one day of my content posting brings me $25k a year. 4️⃣ It will never be a perfect moment to start. The more money and recognition you have the busier you’ll be as well. Therefore, every time I got any idea, I began to implement it within 10 minutes. Otherwise it will never be the perfect time and this idea won’t be implemented ever. 5️⃣ Having personal boundaries doesn’t mean being a bitch. Personal boundaries are about self-respect. I won’t say “Yes” to something I’m not interested in. I won’t waste my time on things that do not bring me profit or pleasure. And I shouldn’t feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about it.
