All things are connected like the blood that unites one family. Man did not weave the web of life, he is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself. The earth is sacred and men and animals are but one part of it. Treat the earth with respect so that it lasts for centuries to come and is a place of wonder and beauty for our children.”~ Chief Seattle #earthday #pachamama

Q’orianka Kilcher Instagram – May 5th is National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-spirited people. Indigenous women have the highest rates of sexual assault, domestic violence, kidnapping, trafficking, and murder.

This violence towards indigenous women is part of the legacy of colonialism that still continues to impact indigenous women.

I stand in solidarity with those who speak up for our stolen mothers, sisters and children. We must be their voice and continue to raise awareness on this issue! ✊🏽β™₯️ #mmiw #nationaldayofawareness #nomorestolensisters
Q’orianka Kilcher Instagram – Happy Birthday to the little girl in these pictures (me) and to my beautiful momma! ☺️May we always keep our sense of wonder, stay playful, and never cease to dance through the wind and rain. With each passing year, I find the little girl in these pictures are the truest version of myself. Uninhibited, wild, free. I feel so grateful to have been raised by someone who encouraged my imagination and inspired me to not be afraid to dream of all the boundless possibilities this world has to offer during our brief time on this planet. May we all continue our journey back to our authentic little selves. 🀍So humbled and blessed to be on this earth for another year.πŸ™πŸ½πŸŽ‚πŸ¦‹ Sending a big hug out to you allβ™₯️πŸ₯³
