Renaye Tejani Instagram – 10 minute Hide & Seek Tiramisu!
Hide & seek is my childhood favourite biscuit and I’m currently obsessed with Tiramisu.. so I had to combine the two!!😁
Ingredients:
🤍1 packet Hide & seek biscuits

🤍Whipped cream

🤍Caramel sauce:
4Tbsp Castor Sugar
6Tbsp Fresh Cream
1Tbsp Butter
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan, cook until caramelized. Add butter, cream, vanilla, and salt. Let it cool and thicken.

🤍Chocolate ganache:
100g dark chocolate
50g fresh cream
Melt and mix

🤍For the Coffee Soak:
1/2 tsp coffee powder
1tsp sugar
1/4 cup milk

Layer the dessert and store in an airtight container, refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve chilled!
