Rhona Mitra Instagram – So….towards the end of last year I did this thing with a deeply caring and integral human called @darinolien who is the author of a book called #fatalconveniences that I highly recommend.
After many years of speculation and ongoing queries from people all over regarding my life living with horses, surviving toxic systems, leaving LA and the journey of recovery in a two part journey Darin helped me truffle into some fairly deep caves to hopefully tell the story of how with the aid and assistance of land and animal, one makes the choices to get back to a life of wholeness and purpose, or a place I simply call home.
The intention was and is to help any of you who have reached out and still do. I hope the podcast proves to be helpful and informative. For anyone seeking further support on any of the subjects discussed please go to the link in my bio @thelastarkorphanage and click on support and consultations.
In Darins words-
‘Life, in its infinite complexity and
unpredictability, often deals us hands that we do not know how to play. We may find ourselves faced with unexpected circumstances, challenges that seem insurmountable, and paths that are unfamiliar and daunting. These moments can feel like we’re lost in a wilderness, unsure of our direction and uncertain of our ability to navigate the terrain.
From overcoming an autoimmune illness, breaking free from societal expectations, and finding fulfillment in the unknown, my guest, Rhona Mitra, shares her unique experiences of living in harmony with nature and animals, and how these interactions have shaped her perspective on life.
Rhona shares her transformative journey of living off-grid, the importance of finding wholeness and connection through nature, and the powerful lessons she has learned from her deep bond with horses, leading to personal growth, self-discovery, and finding her path in life.’
