I have a bachelors in painting, but haven’t painted much in the past 5-8years. I have boxes of materials untouched, and I think that’s part of being an artist. (Being an art supplies hoarder)
It was nice..more than nice to reconnect with my original understanding of form and light, and allow myself to venture away from being to polished or classical in style.
These are my roots.
