My mental health journey has been long and full of ups and downs and I know it will continue to be. That, I accept. But at the end of a very difficult year in my head, I decided I was done accepting the false reality that I couldn’t do anything to change the mental state I was in. Tools like journaling, meditation and therapy are WONDERFUL but sweat & endorphins are therapy, too!
Removing the excuse of no time and no equipment with quick HIIT workouts I can do anywhere and finally committing to making supplements a daily habit have been game changing for how I feel inside and out.
