2. Do your best and stay with it – Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or an advanced practitioner, the benefits of asanas will be the same. Just do the best according to your capacity, stay in the pose and breathe.
3. A fit body is just a byproduct – This one is my favourite! The actual goal of asanas is to get you into a state of dhyana. Yes you get a kickass body with regular practice, but the main benefit of yoga is deeply spiritual and life changing 🧘♀️
