Life is crazy, remember to breath! This flow uses the three breathing techniques below:
Step One: Three Ujjayi Breaths
Take a big, belly-feeling inhale as you sweep your arms overhead. Bring your hands to hearts center as you exhale. Repeat at least 3X.
Step Two: Kundalini Breaths for clearing confusion
Stretch those arms out wide, and move your wrists vigorously up and down as you inhale and exhale for one full minute. The more confused you are, the longer you should go (add wink)
Step 3: Alternate Nostril Breathing
Seal the right side of your nose with your thumb as you inhale through your left nostril. Seal the left nostril with your ring finger and exhale out of your right side. Remember to seal after the inhale of each breath, repeating 9X.
