Tan Kheng Hua Instagram – Happy Year of The Golden Dragon! I usher in the lunar new year by throwing my arms in the air and flailing it around like the branches of trees in strong winds! I strut up stairs mobilising as many of my leg muscles as possible like i’m celebrating each fibre! I trot down hill cooling my rising heart rate and catching my breath! I marvel at how cool the tropical breeze can be at 6.45am in the morning and inhale it in quick before the heat sets in. I am moving through trees, i am moved by them too, it’s a vigorous and energetic comversation i am having! It’s a new year and i tear through the early morning moments of it with an open mind, an open heart and eyes wide open because anything can happen and i like it like that! After the run i am tired, but so what? We all get tired. Rest then recharge and get right back into the pulsating possibilities of everything life has to offer. I’m pushing forward with a big smile on my face! I’m riding on the back of the dragon, soaring through the sky and ready for wherever it chooses to take me! Happy Lunar New Year EVERYBODY!!
