Tess Daly Instagram – January over, time to set up some new healthy habits for Feb with a bit of mind and body exercise ✨ which means taking a bit of time for yourself, getting outside in the fresh air after (too much time hibernating indoors if you’re anything like me) and keeping active 🧘♂️ working on raising that heart rate with a bit of healthy exercise which is good not only physically, but for the brain too – starting with something simple like a brisk walk or yoga class 💫
Next up is prising myself away from those all too comforting carbs & getting back into some gut-boosting recipes, has anyone tried the Pumpkin & Ginger Super-you Soup from my cookbook? So quick to make, warming and great for your gut. With fibre-rich veg carrots and pumpkin and topped with pumpkin seeds plus Tumeric which can help indigestion and inflammation in the gut & lots of gut friendly ginger and garlic 🧄🥄
