A. R. Rahman Instagram – Everyone knows how humble and down to earth Rahman Sir but I’m going to add ‘thoughtful’ too. My visit to the recording studio was actually filmed 2 months ago. One of the recording studios has been recently renovated and I wanted to show it to you. I flew to Chennai to record the studio and Sir was suppose be there. However, due to work he was held up in Mumbai. As soon as I landed back in Mumbai, Rahman sir invited me to his Mumbai recording studio. He was jamming with @imtiazaliofficial . It was at midnight and we chatted for a bit but didn’t record any footage. I was sure I wanted Rahman sir to start the video and be a part of it and I requested him to stay in touch – so whenever he was free in Mumbai, I’d come back to his studio and we could record something. Sir messaged me soon after but unfortunately my phone crashed that day and I missed it. Rahman sir remembered my request and messaged me again a few days ago and that’s when we finally recorded this. He remembered. I didn’t send reminders or requests but he remembered and that’s why I add the word ‘thoughtful’.
