@kathrinenarducci says that every time that she visits @tarajokes house, Kathrine has to take her shoes off. Now I think that sometimes it can get a little excessive, but other time I understand.
If its a special occasion, why go through the trouble of making everyone take off their shoes or make them wear those TERRIBLE blue slippers. Just clean up nicely afterwards and let everyone have a good time.
If its just one visitor then sure, it would probably be easier for them to take off their shoes as opposed to mopping afterwards.
I do agree with Tara though that carpets can retain a ton of bacteria, so I’m with her on that.
