Lol, here’s the thing, guys. I’ll catch some flack for this, but whatever, the mma community apparently loves when people keep it real, so we will see. The reality is that mma fans come in two very distinct camps. Actual fans and people who exist on social media. Never had a bad fan experience in person, I love interacting with you guys face to face, but Twitter is just a safe haven for people who have never accomplished anything to be given a voice in things that are beyond them. It always has been really but Jesus mma fans on Twitter are just cancer and at the end of the day, I genuinely don’t care that much about people’s weightless opinions to allow it to eat up more of my time. So, every now and then, I shut off my account to prevent the screaming masses from having a voice. To all the fans out there who keep it respectful, even the ones that don’t like me, you guys are awesome and an example of what fans should be. I’m sorry that I have to limit my interactions with you guys on account of the flying monkeys that comprise a large part of the fanbase, but it’s just an annoyance I would rather not deal with. The first time I came to Vegas was in 2012 for TUF tryouts. I had to fund raise to afford the ticket. 2 days ago, I decided to fly out to Denver to train for a few days. Booked the ticket and room on short notice. Wasn’t till I was driving to the airport that I realized I hadn’t actually been concerned about the cost of the trip. The money is there. I’m ok and my family is well taken care of. It has been a long road, and there is still a ways to go, but God damn it feels good to finally be able to say I am successful. *And this is definitely my pic from Bellator fight Master tryouts in Atlantic city 😬🤣🤣 I was broke and had to crowd fund that too. Lol point still stands! Also good looking out in the comments 🤣
Sooo I just tried out The Smoked Texas Brisket from @justmeats.co and I have to say, as someone who loves brisket, I was pleasantly surprised. Good smoke flavor and surprisingly tender. Definitely a pleasant surprise, and I’ll be ordering this again during camp. Should I try the Pollo Asado or Texas pulled pork next?
