Giancarlo Esposito Instagram – Happy belated birthday to one of the absolute very best humans!

Bob, I am so thankful for the time we’ve had together, the unbreakable bond and your beautiful friendship 🙏🏽
Giancarlo Esposito Instagram – My daily mind, body, spirit, health begins with a meditation. All else follows. I sit quietly consciously listening to the breath being drawn in and out of my body. I have a physical mindfulness practice of movement.

Often I swim. To be buoyant in the body is to be also in life. Let the water lift you up.

I have a Pilates practice. To work with resistance, to lengthen, to strengthen the parts of the body unused in daily organization. The constance of moving forward in our bodies and in our minds can take its toll. Just be.

A cycling practice to energize and coordinate muscle to bone, and get where I am meant to be, in a timing.

A running/walking practice to support endurance.

A mindful check in everyday is my choice and practice. I ask myself, “What do I need today? What do I need in this moment? Right now?” I call this, “taking my temperature”, checking in! I never used to do this as mindfully as I do now. It helps me to create a conscious positive attitude, an intention of attitude.

I can choose to be happy, balanced, and loving today and everyday! As it is a great day to be alive! 🙏🏽 #WorldMentalHealthDay
