Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson Instagram – Grip aging like a fine wine. 2nd place on the frame carry at the Arnold Strongman Classic. In the past this event has usually cost me few points but not this year. Definitely looking good moving forward. Have to keep working on my overhead presses and building that upper body strength. Can’t wait to compete at @rogueinvitational later in the year!
