Coming back after four years off with some major body composition changes has been interesting. 10 months ago a massive surgery, 3 months ago my wife and I lost our daughter. I’d be lying if I said this prep hasn’t been one of the hardest in my career. Lifting among these great athletes, in front of the crowds was awesome. To come out with a 4th place finish, injury free and healthy is a great feeling. Thank you to all the athletes, the organizers and volunteers at the Arnold Classic/Rogue Fitness, to my family, friends, coaches and of course to my fans! You all keep me going and give me that extra push I need! A huge thank you to my wife @kelc33, who continues to support me and stand by my side through my crazy career decisions, who is one of the strongest people I know on this planet, continuing to shock me with her positivity, optimism and loving heart.
