Jimmy Chin Instagram – Oscars weekend come and gone. Always a whirlwind of emotions and anticipation. No hardware for team NYAD but it was a true honor to be there and a great capstone to such a wild journey with our first narrative feature. Of course it also turned out to be a pretty epic date night w my beautiful and brilliant wife and co-director @chaivasarhelyi. We are so proud of Jodie and Annette and their incredible performances. They were our guiding lights through this whole process and we learned so much from both of them. Being our first narrative, there were a lot of unknowns for us and we certainly felt quite a bit of pressure. We are deeply deeply grateful to everyone who supported us through the process. @claudiomirandadop and his team, our entire crew, Jamie Marshall, our first A.D. our producers Teddy Schwartzman and Andrew Lazar and so many more. Thank you to @netflix for believing in us. All in all, we’re quite happy with how everything turned out. Especially our date! Thanks for capturing a few of the moments @tommyagriodimas.tiff
