3 Years ago, 24 year old (23 at the age of filming) Lawrence won RuPaul’s Drag Race UK. 🏁
I look back fondly to my memories on the set of Drag Race UK. I miss when Veronica Green used to fall asleep in the bath while styling a wig, I miss ordering 12 peoples worth of KFC just for me at the hotel. I miss Tayce spraying fake blood on my face. I look back and smile. 🤭💜
Watching it back, I’m proud of moments. Some less than others, but I’m glad I was at least myself 100% of the time. 🫣
Since Drag Race I’ve travelled the world and met so many amazing people and I couldn’t have done it with my family, Friends, RuPaul and World of Wonder.
There have been ups and downs too, but life would be boring if it was all just perfect.
I feel like everyday I grow, and I’m grateful to all of you for supporting me on my journey so far! I remember thinking because I had the shortest reign (8 months) no one would care after there was another winner. I thought I’d be the stuff of the past, and to some I am. But to those of you that stuck by me I’m so happy you’re seeing me at this time in my life.
