Luis Peña Instagram – Our camp here at @combat_concepts_academy_ started small but it keeps growing week by week! The great thing about having these small intimate groups is that we can have a little fun and the kids get an opportunity to learn some moves and techniques that don’t get taught traditionally. I used this bounce the ball drill to demonstrate timing before we got into one of my favorite slick takedowns the super duck! I wanna thank my campers for coming through these past couple weeks and @andrewsjj_judo for helping me get this together! Remember guys summer wrestling makes winter champions!
