PS “STRONG FACT” I personally witnessed Mark Henry snatch with absolute utter ease the Thomas inch dumbbell and do 10 reps like it was absolutely nothing at the Arnold classic at my booth roughly 18 years ago. It was one of the impressive acts of strength I’ve ever personally witnessed in person or on TV. 🏋🏿♂️
