6:30 am – 10 egg whites, 200g oats, mixed berries, handful almonds, 1 pint water and a coffee.
7:15am – 7:45am – hot tub/ shower
8:30 am – 6 rice cakes, Greek yogurt, banana
9:10 am – pre workout β¦.
9:30 am – GYM.
