Matt Brown Instagram – Filmed and instuctional recently for @dynamicstriking in my garage gym and a few people asked about the whole project so here you go here’s a garage gym walk through. Pretty proud of this project took me about 4-5 months of putting in an hour or two couple days a week. Set it up so I can film instructionals and get good workouts in with the kids and walk right in the house to take my @try_create_ creatine gummies and @theimmortalcoffee I’ll show you guys some more details and tips you can use to build your own badass garage gym this is a small garage and done with small budget under 5k for the construction and the equipment.
