Mehmet Oz Instagram – I was recently able to visit with my mom, who is suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease, like many of our aging parents. Mom remains on a strict diet excluding simple carbs, exercises by taking daily walks, and takes brain-supporting supplements, like multivitamins.
