Neeraj Madhav Instagram – This one wasn’t easy. But it is satisfying for sure. I have known Neeraj from the time we were scrawny kids walking around in our white and black uniform. We go back a long long way. And one thing hasn’t changed about him. The commitment to the craft. From science fairs to cinematic dance to being the kalaprathibha at school youth festivals, NJ knew how to go for what he wanted. When he called me to train for becoming Xavier from RDX, I saw the same commitment. He had a vision for the role and I could see the method he wanted to follow to becoming the nunchuck wielding action hero creating ripples on the screen right now. The transformation was an uphill battle. He battled tough schedules and an injury almost derailed everything. He was relentless. He kept up his cardio, worked on his athleticism and constantly strived towards becoming Xavier. It was not just about building muscles or becoming more chiseled. He worked on becoming a martial arts specialist that Xavier became. It is heart warming to see the appreciation his character and in turn NJ is receiving for RDX. It is much deserved.
