Riley Smith Instagram – Two years ago I was filming in Chicago and lived down the street from the Blommers Chocolate Factory.
I soon came to realize that when the wind blew just right, the whole city smelled like chocolate. So I wrote a song about it.
And then with the help of my talented friends, family and city of Chicago- we shot a music video.
The plan was to release it last year but in light of everything that was happening in the world, it didn’t feel right self-promoting.
I am extremely proud of the video and all the hard work everyone put into it:

A huge thanks to our costume designer @lindsealulu who brought the 90’s to life. @creationmanagement for finding and casting the perfect actors. Including @dominique_jinnae
And of course @bradparker_chi for allowing us to film in his authentically beautiful club the @thebassmentchi .
My band, who flew in from LA just to play @henrioconnor . My co writer @rickferrellmusic and @sonicpilot who also produced the track.
And lastly- my family, friends and Chicago locals who filled the club and provided the atmosphere and energy. We could not have done it without all of you.
This one is special to me.
