Sang Heon Lee Instagram – Nothing to see here, just me climbing a brick wall 🤷‍♂️🧱🥵🔥 Fun fact, the wall wasn’t meant for climbing but one of the route setters for the gym managed to climb it and graded it a V7. Ever since, people come to the gym to try out their finger strength. Climbing really helps me heal and grow strong, mentally and physically. Drops all the negative thoughts in my head and I get to solely focus on one thing. Same feeling as anyone who enjoys going for a hike, swim, paint, gym etc. I strongly recommend to choose a sport as one of your hobbies.
