Sean Hayes Instagram – Folks have been asking about the back thing I mentioned on SmartLess. It’s actually for plantar fasciitis but for me, it also ties into back issues. This thing plus regular hamstring stretches alleviated some of my back pain. I’m not a doctor (except for my honorary doctorate from Illinois State University) and I have no ties in any way to this product. I just find it useful. It may or may not be useful to you. There.
