Stacy Peralta Instagram – I have a lot of sympathy for New York City garbage bins which was the motivation for this painting series. They play an indispensable role in modern cities but are more often treated like trash, no pun intended. Without their consent they are the unsuspecting canvas for marauding graffiti artists. Most of them suffer from from scars, dents, bangs, broken wheels and scratches.
