Woke up feeling trapped, had coffee, panic attack, Ativan, etc., read inspiring book (Escape Routes!), took a bad spill in the parking lot trying to flee rehab hell, sprained ankle and knee, came crawling back into the arms of nurse Michael, only to find ice packs all melted in broken freezer. har har har har har har har har. FML.
…..eventually stole some ice packs from cancer ward
