The whole reason I am still able to work on the edge of street fashion is because Marc invited me to be a part of the Louis Vuitton project. Even now, when I am interviewed at museums or so, the interviewer tells me that I have built a bridge between art and fashion, to which I correct him/her every time by saying, “No. That project was Mr. Marc Jacobs’ achievement, and I was just following his direction.” Anyway, I still feel honored to have been allowed to participate in such a page of history even if I am mistaken and I still wonder what God wanted to speak to people although my encounter with Marc might be a twist of fate. Whatever it was, it was because of you, Marc, and I can only thank you for it. Marc, please continue to fascinate the world with your unchanging passion and creativity.
