This excerpt from my children’s book ‘Unstoppable Us: Why the World Isn’t Fair’ attempts to condense thousands of years of painful history and to celebrate the revolution that gave women a voice – in a way that’s digestible for middle-grade readers. Let’s hope that in the future, equal opportunities will prevail and this text will read like science fiction. Happy International Women’s Day.
