There are diff broth options you can make and there are hotpot packets at the store to pick from. This one is a Cambodian Yahon broth I made from scratch, but please go ask a khmer chef for exact recipe LOL
Lazy sauce recipe is equal parts of Pantai soybean curd for sukiyaki, Maeploy sweet and sour chicken sauce, and Korean BBQ spicy pork and chicken marinade (don’t use the beef bulgogi one). I dice garlic and Thai chili peppers and squeeze some lime for hint of freshness!
