Pregnancy Vlog #4!!! Tear healed on its own! Back to working out! Here come the Varicose veins!!! As always LOVE your comments below. Please please please add questions or advice that you have! We are a community and it truly does take a village to have a baby! ♥️ (so far only thing that has alleviated veins have been cold plunge and a little from a compression stocking. I was told to try magnesium lotion and red light therapy next!)

#Promotion We are in full on prep mode for baby and the whole fam is getting in on the action! Together we set up Masimo’s Stork Smart Home Baby Monitoring System and as a fun treat we added the Stork App to the kids’ iPad! They are loving learning about how it works and what health data it reads. It has made them feel so much more a part of this journey and they love telling me the readings every hour 😂
