Amber Riley Instagram – Smash Burgers anyone? This was not quick but it was easy lol I got the burger spread recipe from @shredhappens! This was a beef burger with spread, pickles, bacon, sautéed onions, cheddar cheese, butter lettuce, all on a brioche bun. I only had the gold Yukon potatoes, so I made oven baked wedges instead of fries. If there is anything you guys would like to see me attempt to make, let me know in the comments! I really just do this for fun, I’m not a chef by any stretch of the imagination 😂 BUT feeding the people I love brings me such joy! Gonna try to make a cooking video at least once a week now.
