Home Actress Amber Tamblyn HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers March 2024 Amber Tamblyn Instagram - My least favorite person and 17th favorite poet is 50 years young today (yesterday, really) and I can’t believe how many poetry tours on motorcycles, arguments in bars, impromptu shows in living rooms, lifeguard towers, and double decker buses we’ve been through together— how many cigarettes we’ve wanted to put out on each other’s faces, how many bottles of bourbon we’ve raced to the bottom of, how many people’s broken hearts we’ve shattered or helped put back together again, how many horrible, honest, holy moments we’ve shared along the way. Twenty years to be exact. (See our first show flier from Upright Citizens Brigade in 2004.) We were such young puppies in some of these pictures taken by @mattwignall across too many tours and cities to count. Now look at us: too old to party and too hot to handle. Happy birthday, brother. I love you, occasionally. Someday I hope they write a movie about your crazy life and cast a less attractive, semi-talented Harry Styles. Until then, nothing can imitate the real thing: you, and what you’ve got, and what you’ve given to the world. “Teased by success, we are like vampires in a tampon factory. It doesn’t have to be that way. Someone plug my lungs back into the guitar amps. All distortion, all the time. Aren’t you sick of being appraised wholesale? Aren’t you sick of sailing on listing ships? Aren’t you weary from playing cello with ex-lover’s bones? I am.” -All Distortion All The Time, Derrick Brown #DerrickBrownPoetry

Amber Tamblyn Instagram – I have seen some of the most gloriously inspiring work in New York by friends over the last few weeks. How lucky are we to have these artists in the world right now? (Very lucky.)

Teeth at Playwrights Horizons
By Michael R. Jackson and Anna K. Jacobs choreographed by Raja Feather Kelly, directed by Sarah Benson. Wild, dangerous, shocking, darkly funny.

Illinois at The Park Avenue Armory based on a record by Sufjen Stevens I was not familiar with but this adaptation for the stage completely took my breath away, told entirely through the music and the body of dancers. A masterpiece. Written and adapted by Jackie Sibblies-Drury.

The Storyville Mosquito at Lincoln Center created by Kid Koala. One of the most brilliant things I’ve ever seen: a live movie made in real time for the audience, in a production that combines live puppetry, cinematic camera techniques and music. Eric, you just blow me away. Good to see friends in the audience too. Tour info: KidKoala.com

Go see go see go see all of it!
Amber Tamblyn Instagram – First book, first unboxing video at 89 years old. Who says you can’t achieve major life goals when you’re older? My dad, the actor and acrobatic dancer Russ Tamblyn, has a memoir coming out in just a few weeks. Stories about teaching Elvis famous dance moves, giving Paul Newman a ride in the trunk of his car, behind the scenes as Dr. Jacoby in David Lynch’s “Twin Peaks” and a whole lot more. Make this spunky senior’s day and pre-order yourself a copy of “Dancing on the Edge” today. Link in my bio. 🎥 made by my Uber talented nephew @doseyx
