Ami Park Instagram – 2023- a year of many firsts.. so many new things I’ve confidently embarked on- here are 10 of these incredible experiences that made this year absolutely expansive and whole 🦋
1. First time completing a full season of a show this past January, with some incredibly talented folks involved. @alaskadailyabc thank you ily forever!! 🩷🫶🏼✨
2. Paragliding!! 🌬️ I have a huge fear of heights but this experience in Capetown is one I think back to often. 10/10 recommend.
3. Heels pole classes👠 shattered so many of my deep layers of guilt and shame, and turned these thoughts into loving my feminine, sensual, incredible body.
4. Muy Thai: I wanted to get stronger and coming to @diazcombatsports showed me so much more. I miss this incredible place so much and everyone in it. Here’s a lil blooper 😜
5. Car camping- 🏕️ I never thought I’d be a hiking/camping kind of gal but when you live in Vancouver that definitely changes. I gained the best memories from it ✨
6. Machu Picchu in 🇵🇪 The energies I felt on that magical place still gets me to this day
7. First time I decided to travel to Peru with a friend/sister I met online.. we finally met up 5 years later IRL and we are now closer than ever 🥲 🩷 @alejandraduenas_
8. Herbalism: I’ve been following @waterthruskin for years now, and jumped at the opportunity when she launched her course. This has been one of the biggest priorities of my year 🌱
9. First audiobook 📕 recording for @penguinrandomhouse ! Being able to harness my love for storytelling in a different medium was SOUL fulfilling!!!
10. Quality time with family for the holidays in 12 years. Words can’t describe how amazing this time has been especially with my 엄마🥹
