Andrea Tivadar Instagram – Could I have shot this better? Could I have been more generous with details? Could I have recited this poem better? Could I have carried a more delicate message through my artistry? The answer to all this is YES. But whilst I succumb to the temptation of a notorious imposter syndrome, about to lose my North, a more important subject wants to see the light of day. More than a subject-a breath of fresh air, a nation-BHUTAN. 
I have spent the last few days of 2023 pondering about the good, the bad and the ugly.I want to share with you all a glimpse of what I call a life bending experience in the world’s last #ShangriLa. Never have I ever seen a thing of such beauty, both in Form and Spirit. Your people, dear Bhutan, lit up a flame within thought dead. You are a living proof that the world still has a chance at confronting the climate crisis (Bhutan is the only carbon negative country in the world).We can all draw inspiration from Bhutan’s progressive policies as a blueprint for change. And that’s just a fraction of the story. From the inspiring work of the @desuung_ skilling programme (the Guardians of Peace know what they’re doing!) all the way to the dedication and love His Majesty, King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Her Majesty, Queen Jetsun Pema  show people! You are a true inspiration and with you as leaders Bhutan emerges as a symbol of cultural diversity and pristine environment. Armed with a high spirit of adventure and curiosity, @cyrusge , @kriistiianriis , @soren_stig and myself, joined hundreds of people at the Royal Highland Festival in Laya. Held at 4000m, in the Himalayas, the festival celebrates and promotes the life of the nomadic people of #Bhutan
My heart is full. In silence, away from the noise, I have realised my life will never be the same again. Bhutan leaves a mark, just when you needed it most. Thank you Cyrus, Kris and Soren for this dreamy adventure. And thank you to all the people who shared their Light with me along the way. I love you and I cherish you.
