Aysha Shahaltough Instagram – When was the last time you held a brush and some paint & expressed yourself through color?
Yesterday I went to this beautiful event that was raising awareness about mental health, there was a canvas and some brushes and paint, and anyone was more than welcomed to paint.
I personally could not refuse that offer, and joined the people who were already there. Passing around colors and contemplating how far ago was the last time you had to ask someone to pass you a color. It brought so much joy to my heart. And here is our final result :’)
