Breana Raquel Instagram – On November 3rd I hit 5 years since being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Through the ups and downs I’ve learned to listen to my body and put my health first no matter what. If I wanted the world to know anything about diabetes, it’s the symptoms. Before I was diagnosed, I didn’t know any of the signs and I was left wondering why I felt so bad all the time. Oh and yes, we can have that slice of cake! Happy National Diabetes Awareness Month to the diabetic community. I’m in awe of the strength we show everyday 💙
