If you saw the reel from last weekend, you know we are a family that loves the great outdoors. Luckily, we live in sunny Southern California where the weather usually allows us to revel in sunshine pretty much year round. If I have one piece of advice for moms of younger kids with tons of energy, it’s to get as much fresh air as possible. Also, you’d be surprised at how well even adults sleep after they’ve spent a good amount of time outside! This photo was taken at one of our favorite places, @calamigosguestranch, which has abundant spaces to roam and explore.
