It is very hard to sum up this garage band musical and make any sense of it. Basically, the synopsis is…
“You live, you die. Some people do it right and some people fuck it up. “
The Director, David Cromer is some kind of genius. If you would’ve given me the script, written by one of my favorite writers, Itamar Moses, I would’ve wondered if I was being punked.
But when you add in David Yasbek and Erik Della Penna’s music and lyrics, and sprinkle in a phenomenal cast, lead by the outstanding @Durandrew some kind of bizarre, surprising and wonderful thing happens.
You’re just going have to trust me on this one. I can’t explain why I loved it so much. but I did. ❤️
