(23 September 1979 – 6 December 2023) Read by Brian Cox If I must die, you must live to tell my story to sell my things to buy a piece of cloth and some strings, (make it white with a long tail) so that a child, somewhere in Gaza while looking heaven in the eye awaiting his dad who left in a blaze — and bid no one farewell not even to his flesh not even to himself — sees the kite, my kite you made, flying up above, and thinks for a moment an angel is there bringing back love. Read by Brian Cox

If I must die,
you must live
to tell my story
to sell my things
to buy a piece of cloth
and some strings,
(make it white with a long tail)
so that a child, somewhere in Gaza
while looking heaven in the eye
awaiting his dad who left in a blaze —
and bid no one farewell
not even to his flesh
not even to himself —
sees the kite, my kite you made, flying up above,
and thinks for a moment an angel is there
bringing back love.
If I must die
let it bring hope,
let it be a story. | Posted on 13/Mar/2024 17:20:24

Carice van Houten Instagram – I have hesistated posting this video. It is one of the ones that have shaken me the most out of all the many many many many excruciatingly painful videos i saw. This is reality. There’s a difference between intellectually knowing this is happening and actually feeling it. So. Feel it. Cry. Get angry. Let it move you into action. Please. This little 6 year old boy is being starved. 💔Now tell me, why would you not cry out for it to stop? #permanentceasefirenow
